SF blues

just like that , it was done
the late night talks, the words of wisdom,
yeah those were fun
it's time to live on with that burden
Study, learn, succeed
Do things that are worth it
get that apartment I wanted so bad
I look at it emptily,
Boy isn't this sad
it's time to paint, every shade of blue
this is great, only if she knew
arrange the couch, table, the shelf
All this space, this place to myself
I heat the water, prepare myself a tea
I Step out the window, theres a sunset that I see
The San Francisco streets, all leave me in awe
I look at my phone, waiting for your call.
A call that won't ever come, because you departed
you left a flame in me, 4 years ago it had started
This poem is about:
Me
