Scarlet Sky - Arnold Jansen Llego

Prologue:

"Run little rabbits, run. Run for your life" said Blanche followed by a shrill laughter that penetrated Shaze's covered ears.

There's no way out huh. Yuri thought with a grit on his face.
"Fuck, this is depressing." Said Yuri in a whisper
"I-I'm not scared!" Shaze said but fear is clearly painted on her face.

"Children should never oggle on things that doesn't concern them! And because you now knew about this little secret, I just have to kill you!" Said Blanche again but, this time, it's more scary than the last. It's not a threat. It's a warning to them.

"Ok, when I say go, you run for the exit, I'll ward him off you long enough for you to run." Yuri said atlast.
"But---" Shaze retorted
"No buts! Just run! Don't look back and run! Go to the authorities and give them what we gathered. It's the only hope."

"I won't leave you al---" shaze's words were cut off by a kiss from yuri. Their final kiss.

"One.." Yuri started counting.

"Please, don't do this!"

"Two"

"Please!" Shaze cried. Tears swelling up her eyes and fogging her glasses

" See you later." Yuri smiled before shouting

"THREE!"

Yuri ran towards Blanche, the man, shocked at the sudden happening, was stunned by the moment, yuri seized the chance and hold Blanche down.

"Run, NOW!!"

Shaze darted towards the door with all her legpower left. She ran and ran and never looked back. Tears now falling in her cheeks felt cold to the freezing breeze of winter air. She ran and ran until she saw a police station and ran to it for help. After telling the police what's happening, they darted immidietly toward the school once more.

The police opened the door. A high pitch laughter filled the air and through the darkness, only a man dressed in a labgown, holding a knife and showering with blood and a student bathing in his own blood can be seen

"Yurii!!" Shouted Shaze.
