As the walls cave in
all I hear is him.
As his words sink in,
and the lights grow dim.

As it fades to black,
all the times we had.
All those things I lacked,
are haunting me into the darkness.

Floating 'round in space,
haunted by your face.

You were the Earth,
I was your satellite moon.
I revolved around you,
there was nothing I could do.
Hopelessly in love with you.

Emptiness I feel,
the heartache is so real.
Pieces of my heart,
floating 'round like asteroids,
destroying any evidence of you.
