SALVATION

SALVATION

Maybe I could be saved

From this tomb of love disappointments

By the gossiple of your beauty

The new testament of love

And I could rise up like Lazarus

Awoken from my decayed ex

And all her fruitless ways

Pollinating me with her kisses

And dumping my salary to waste

Fido-dido and KFC

There she comes in haste

But when poverty mulches my life

She is beyond the nearness of my reach

But I could convert to a new custom

If you baptize me in the faith of your love

And undress all my body senses

In the rivers of your new kisses

Then I could dance to Solomon’s songs

Awaiting my judgment

Then I shall burn

In the flames of my new love
