To Sacrifice for what is Right

How can you forsake our past, you asked

A past of purity and serentiy?

For war and insanity?

They are both visions of me

My ancestery, the hot blood

Running through my veins

The urge to fight for what is right

Safety, freedom, beg for my aid

They call for my guidance

This will be my path

No matter what you or anyone else will do

I am who I am, it is in my heart

I was born to fight for those unable

No one, not even you, will stop me now

I will be what I am called to be

You may not see it as right

But it is my life
