Roses are red

Violets are blue

I'm so pretty

What happened to you?

It's not like I woke up

Feeling this way.

Sometimes the skies

Are cloudy and grey.

I think to myself,

Why do I feel this way?

I think about the times we shared,

And how you left me in dismay.

But then this morning

I realized today,

That I wont let you ruin my day.

The sun is out,

The sky is blue,

I look forward to the day

That you will be true.

When you'll find your way back

To me and you.
