My life is a spiral going down, down, down I can't stop until I finally find rock bottom

CRASH! I am here I have finally hit rock bottom

I don't know what to do or how to respond

so I scream in pain as I take the knife to my wrist

I am here, rock bottom

since I don't know how to deal with my emotions I just burry them in blood, tears, and pain

but what can I do, this is all I know

I can't find a way out, there is no way out, once you hit rock bottom

because once you are here you feel alone and unloved

you feel ugly and tired of your life

so this is where I am, this is where I'll stay because there's no way out once you have hit

rock bottom.
