The ride though life

Location

The Wind, the crystal clear sky

Feel the prickly grass between fragile fingers

Down to earth

Coming face to face to where you will soon lay

Alone, no voice, no thought, no choice

No longer alive

Opening your eyes to an endless abyss

Vigorously in search for a way to be set free

Faint sounds of birds

Stumbling of humane feet above

Reaching, yet bound to stay for eternity

Loss of emotion once present

You fall deeper and deeper

 Sounds become faint

Hands lose grasp, eyes flutter shut

Ear refuse to listen or lost sounds

Mind, heart, blood gone

You're empty

No essence of who you were

Give in they say, Die

"Death becomes you, yet you don't know who you are anymore", they laugh at you

Can not fight back the stillness of the heart and mind

The drum of life brakes

No beat
