The Rest

Location

Tell me about yourself

Why?

Aren’t I more than pieces of paper that read certificate, honor, or recognition?

I’m supposed to be proud of myself

Well, I am.

But here’s the trick: no one else is concerned about your self-pride

They want to know the statistics

Let me see your numbers

Let me see your letters

Let me see the titles of where you have been

I don’t need an explanation about this or that

Just the title will be fine

So here I am, all proud of myself

And I realize that no one else cares

And I would never take away my self-pride

Because at that moment, I would be just like the rest

Tell me about yourself

Just the title will be fine
