Relief

Warmth spread through her entire body

Beginning at her toes, spreading,spreading

A sense of calm, relief, slowly engulfing her completely

The warmth reached her head, quieting her mind

She sighed, she had never felt so peaceful

For ages anxiety and depression had ruled her life

Thoughts, thoughts, never ending thoughts

Yelling, pounding on the walls of her mind,

screaming for freedom,

driving her to the edge of insanity

But now,

Peace

This was it, This was what she had longed for for years

This was what she had prayed for, long since her faith had left her

This was it, this was death

This was suicide

"Goodbye" she whispered as her thoughts began to blur and her mind to blacken

And as the very feeling of her body left her,

"Finially"
