Properly prepared?

That if you didn't take it serious,

you'd always be scared?

They would say this

but not say that.

But once you've dug your hole

how do you fight back?

Standardized test,

there goes another pop quiz.

I've been out of school a while, 

will I ever use this?

Not making excuses,

no, not trying to blame,

but it's alot different

when they don't all know your name.

Yea it gets tough,

I can tell you that,

but it's up to you

to not let your dreams become flat.

You learn as you go.

The world always goes round.

and its up to you

to get up off the ground.
