Rediscovery

The inner person in the busyness of the city streets.

The hearts have not gone too far. No place too far to not be found at all.

We still continue on.

Running form the familiar pillars, corner stands, and scents of what was good.

It was. But now, I guess not.

The air has changed from mile to mile.

Not easy to be noticed, but memory will track the different places we looked passed.

Although miniscule, significant.

Although difficult, worth it.

All this journey has offered is the struggle to wrap our minds around it.

The stretch of infinite space and time has our minds reaching, reaching.

Maybe our minds know something that our mouths can’t speak.

Maybe our hearts have been somewhere that our minds can’t reach.
