Reckless

Fri, 01/13/2017 - 23:51 -- Haile

Life in the fast lane

Includes terrible and reckless feats

Most are happy to go to their job

A classic nine to five

With the occasional midnight shift

If they are feeling reckless

But for those who feel

as though there is more out there for them

They explore

They jump, leap, and bound

Their way through life

They act as though nothing can touch them

When really the world

Is just waiting for them to fall

So it can kick them when they're down

Their death will be epic

But they will be short lived

Is the nine to five worth it

Or is it better to live your life on the edge

Ready to fall at any moment

Wondering when death will swoop in

To bring you home
