I get so caught up

Within my own thoughts

I forget there is a reality out there

Deep,

Dull,

Monotonous,

And I realize that I like

Being trapped in

My mind

I like how you spread out the words deep, dull, monotonous. It's always interesting to see different forms of text in poetry.
