Rapunzel's Golden Locks of Life and Death

I have been in this tower my entire life

My hair has been like this for as long as I can remember

My mother checks up on me once in awhile

I am Rapunzel...

*Not everyone has a happy ending*

I live the same day over and over again

I don't live a normal life

My prince hasn't come to save me...

*Not everyone finds their prince*

How do I get out of this tower

How can I escape my mother's grip

I am lost...

*Not everyone has clarity*

I am not happy

I am not a real princess

How do I stop all of the pain...

*Not everyone can get help*

My hair is thick and long

I live up high in this tower

I know what to do...

*Not everyone lives*
