(poems go here)Pain and fear washed over the night
Tears rained down and blood seeped into the ground
Bruises and scars flooded their hearts and weakened hope
The violence erupted into a pool of never-ending pain

Red rain enveloped the dead, washing them out of sight
Curtains of darkness dripped over them without a sound
The living struggled to cope
Avoiding the grip of death, bound to them by the coldness of a metal chain

Bullets pierced through the fight
No survivors could be found
Body parts lay askew and the smell of decay trickled down the slope
One side emerged victorious, while the other rests in red rain
