A long, romantic, stroll through  the park.

Not a cloud in sight.

Only birds singing their morning tunes.

The sun lit the springtime sky

as the moon was peacefully sleeping.

Suddenly a storm started brewing.

The dark clouds began to cry.

Confusion was amidst as

Thunder boomed all around,

And lightning struck the earth.

What started out as a lovely stroll

Turned into a life threatening battle.

Should we run for shelter?

Devise an escape plan?

Or should we ride out the wave?
