Put it on the Shelf or Live Behind

Some people believe I've done something wrong
But that's their belief
Not mine
Pain is made in the imagination of the mind
Those who imagine
Make me to blame
They can keep their beliefs to them self
Or share them with everyone else
Do they face the accused
Do they run
Maybe they could explain
But I put them on the shelf
With everything else
People who live there will stay there
Because yesterday is yesterday
You can live there if you want
I live for today
I'm on my way
You can come with me if you want to
or you can stay behind
In the past
living behind
Passing away
