Prison

I yearn to live beyond these walls

Sick of being captive

Looking for escape from these halls

My mind is active

This is my prison

Needing freedom

For a mission

In my kingdom

Searching for the secrets I kept

 A warden that never quits

Pushing and prodding until I wept

Still she hunts for wits

Searching for my maker

The warden fears

The search shall yield the keeper

Of all my tears

Yearning for freedom is my soul

Torn to shreds

By a foul beast in the wicked hole

  My heart does not dread
