Predator. Prey. You.

To find yourself is pure happiness

to let everyone know that their opinions no  longer bother your soul

to smile in the mirror and call yourself beautiful

to walk outside rain or shine

and know that everything will be alright

to look at your family and grin real big

because there is no enemy that can take down a happy family

pure happiness takes time

it takes time to heal your wounds

to forget about the harmful words they thrown at you

to brush off that pain they gave you

to look at yourself and think "why would they call me all those names?"

it takes time to process all those rude remarks

sometimes you feel like you want to restart

press rewind? go back in time?

but then you won't be abe to look at youself and feel blessed

you won't be able to feel strong

like you conqured all your battles and won

to have that feeling of confidence

you haven't had since you were eight

to have that feeling of relief

knowing every issue had to be let go

to cross your fingers and wish for hope that no one will ever break your soul

pure happiness is accepting all your flaws

and smiling in the predators face

because no one is going to take your place

you are happy

you are at rest

you are better than your predator

the only person that can destroy your new happines is yourself

you are your predator

you are your prey

your the one who can take your happiness away
