Poem# 89 -Forgive

Trying with much strength,
to forgive the person
who came.
To destroy that perfect
moment.
The perfect moment like,
the leaf and the twig.
To have a chance that
I could not have.
To be the person you'd
wish to be glad for.
I could not forgive,
I could never forgive
the person who blew
that leaf away.
But some day I'd have to
forgive those
who've hurt me in
the past.

-For my lost leaf.
