Sometimes in life you have to go through the pain

Working so hard my minds going insane

This high school experience has been pretty rough

Having parents that don’t love you gets really tough

Persevere everyday to get where I am

51 duel enrollment credits, that’s where I stand

Graduating high school with my AA degree

God has greatly blessed the life for me

Although I go through trouble and hardship at home

My goal is to work and give back to my family in Rome

As my high school experience comes to an end

My relationship with God will never bend
