People (What would you change scholarship)

People.

Too often we judge a person by their clothes, color, language, or gender.

We do not realize that people are just that- they are people.

Some people are rich and some are poor; some are white and some are black

But we still all fall under the same category- people.

There is no astric by people, there is no fine print hidden underneath the word;

There are no elegibility requirements that you have to accomplish to be considered a person.

We are all human, we are all people.

So why do we judge?

Because in our mind there is an astric next to the word 'people'  and fine print underneath.

Murderers, terrorists, and rapists do not meet our eligibility requirements,

So they aren't people.

We call them monsters.

What we fail to understand is that monsters are the things we find under the bed

And people?

They aren't found- they are born.

We are too focused on the astric and fine print in the word 'people'

That we fail to see the meaning of the word.

We are all people no matter race or gender

Words or actions.

We are all people
