2016 has brought to me change
It has helped me in a rather wide range
I learned who was fake
And this time, while filtering friends
I made no mistake

 I learned new skills
Reunited with a love
Took no more pills
My lover is my only drug

This past year has impacted me
In every way it has
But I can't list all you see;
It'd simply be too much to read

2017 will bring forth a new me
