Past tense

You left

No one asked you to leave

In fact, you were begged to stay

We sat for hours waiting for a blink or a movement

I know times were hard and you felt there wasn't any other way

But we were here

For you

Why did you decide that it was so over so soon?

You never know what you've got until it's gone

Just another dumb cliche

People will remember who you were and all the dumb jokes you would say

People will remember your smile

People will remember the way you walked, talked, and taught

Nobody will really know why

Nobody is here to speak on your behalf

We all have our quandries and questions to justify your moves

At no moment did anyone suspect you could see this through

But you did

We'll miss you

Reminisce you

Think about your message
