Love
Is now, just but a word
I do not feel it anymore
It feels now like such a distant thing

My mind still reminds me that
Yes, I've felt it before, quite strongly
striking and superior of its kind
My mind still reminds me that
Yes, I've been heartbroken before, quite wretchedly
how i wish...oh nevermind

Love
Is now, just a word
I do not feel it anymore
It feels now like such a distant thing

Its amazing what time has done for me
That scar that you graciously bestowed upon me
Is now just a mark left from the healing of injured tissue
You'd be surprised to know that its no longer an issue
It used to bring tears to my eyes even in my sleep
Even though the road to health was much too steep
I'm glad to say:

That scar
Is no longer there
All because of...Time
Time has took away the pain
Time has also took away the memory
Of love
The memory
Of you
