Partners in Crime

Stop

You don’t control me

Because last time I checked I was free to be me

I listen to what you say

And follow in suit

But today I don’t what to

Today I will do what I want

No more strings attached to make me your puppet

I will fly free with the wind

And you can follow if you want

But I think you must be mistaken

When you think a simple please will change my mind

Too bad for you that my mind works too

I won’t always follow you

I won’t be your side kick

I thought we were partners in crime

I won’t follow your orders

I won’t do what you say

I thought we were friends

Unless that changed since yesterday
