Cardinal, olive, ultramarine

Burgundy, red, yellow

Brown, violet and green

Blend into beautiful shapes

Like molecules

Forming the atmosphere

They look bright and warm

Sometimes cool and grey

There is no way to undo

The colors already laid

Authentic beauty forms

From what seemed a  mistake

Shadows give dimensions

To things too plain

Lines overlap, paint blends

Complex shapes form

Out of simple lines

And no two painted strokes

Are ever the same

Warm, dull and bright unite

Painting the portrait of life

Somebody once told me that life is like a painting. You don't see the whole picture while its being painted, only when you look back you see how different parts of your life came together to make the beautiful you.
