One Year

Sat, 12/23/2017 - 10:45 -- Axelz

One year older,

Another year lost.

Another year waiting,

I paid the cost.

One year of dysphoria,

And hiding from the summer sun.

One year of being ignored,

Stuffed under the pink rug.

One year from now,

Will it all be okay?

Will I still be female?

Or will I go by a new name?
