Everyone has a dream

Though not every dream is heard

Why are they really here?

So many stories to be told

Another face gone

Another smile lost

Another family affected

When will there be a change?

Why does this wall divide us?

All the risk they take

When will they be noticed?

How many tears?

How many cries?

How many heart breaks?

Who is really doing the damage,

When another loved one is taken away?

They come into a new country

Looking for a better life,

Better opportunity, better education

Yet another bright future is gone,

Another opportunity is lost

One day there will be change

All of their voices will be heard

This wall wil divide us no longer
