Once More

Mon, 11/23/2015 - 00:39 -- Lyre27

Just once more, I want to see

That smile you used to give me

Sitting there silently

Pondering life reflectively

When I sat next to you

You told me stories that seems untrue

And when you're walking in front of me

I felt as though you're protecting me

Has it been years since I last saw you?

When was the last time I hugged you?

Do I regret not being there

When it was time for you to go somewhere?

It hurts so much to think you're gone

Even for one second, can it be undone

'Cause once more, I wish to see

That beautiful smile you used to give me
