Ombre Dawn

Do your hands move slowly

To your heart beating only

Does your mouth foam

Waiting for the chance to roam

Are you lying on the grass

Feeling young and weightless

Are you staring out into the cosmos

That made you

Do you feel so insignificant

Like a grain of salt in sugar

Do you know that in one blink of an eye

This could all be over

Time, it has an end

Time, every day it blends

Seamless into another ombre dawn

There you lie just watching it

Clueless on your lawn
