Old Ways Are Hard Ways

Thu, 03/30/2017 - 14:43 -- Almaan

Killing us sofly,
Sweet words tightly,
In our hearts placed,slowly,
We are going down, but not lightly in town
Past our kind were dying,
In war, with weapons, and in forest
Now we are dying,
In warm, with uniforms, and in rest
We are going down, but not lightly in town
Of dangerous beasty animals,they died,
Upon reaching waterbed, unable to dress their wounded body
Now of generous beauty mammals, we've cried, come on deathbed,to place our wasted body
We are going down, but not lightlyin town
They died in a fight,we are dying in our lust
Their body died first, our spirit die first
We are going in old ways
