Frustration and anger and depression

all bottled up in a glass bottle I tossed in the river: Adrift

You got the bottle and wrap it up in a soft blanket

Then you sprinkle petals of roses

on it. Sang a lulaby to it: Ease

You opened the bottle on a windy day

and the secrets I shared with you

through the bottle are now blown away

only to become a memory to me

and a story to you: gone

Gone are the things i held in

me. blown away and never to be

held in by me again. Well at least

that was what I thought until the

memories trigger. Then i wrote to you again.

singing, screaming, crying, shouting

"Oh Poetry! Save me again and again

by thy consolment! For thou art the solace

of my sadness. Thou art truly one of the solace of my sadness."

To the part of me that was shamed for

no or illogical reasons. You make me feel

as if they're perfect: embrace

You've taught me to embrace them all
