Oh, my joy!

You are the struggle of everyoneBut, you are a toy for a young boyYou are in the nest of sparrowBut, a lover watches you deeply in her eyeA man is waiting for you by the oceanBut, you go silently and show him only the sunset rayI see you only in blue while being surrounded by redBut, those dark clouds come and cover that blue skyDespite working the whole 20 hours consecutively a dayI still haven't found you, while being involved in my every tryEvery morning, I start reaching you like a birdBut, you go far and keep that swift and quick flyMy all efforts depend on living by your side for lifeBut, you leave me alone in this wide rounded desert; why, why, and why?I ask you give me a hint to reach and hug you for lifetimeBut, you always take me off from your ship without even saying byeI will never give up on meeting you, even when I'm an old geezerBECAUSE, you are my prosperous life, Oh my joy! Ibadullah Arife
