The Ocean screamed; spasming
As the ship sailed surely through Her waters
Pompous boatmen spent the whole sun damning,
Her ears with whispers of their slaughters.
Her waves ravaged upon their hollow tin
Yet tall they sure stood, choking fire with their eyes.
boatmen were laughing as they called Her a wineskin,
But Her wails forced their figures into a caitiff guise,
While She died on their prow, their brittle bells rang along the shoreline
She kissed Her missus goodbye and sighed.
Algae crusted the bow of their godly shrine,
Then The Ocean went into a stagnant tide.
