Not "Butterflies"

Love is not "butterflies" in your stomach.

Love is the feeling you get when you take the first sip of a hot beverage on a cold day.

It is when you have the first bite of your favorite meal.

Love is feeling the sheets right after they have just been washed and dried.

It is when you finally get home after a long day.

Love is floating down the river without a care in the world.

It is when you look at yourself in the mirror and feel confident.

Love is not feleing scared.

It is not coming home to yelling and violence.

Love is not feeling nervous.

It is not flinching everytime someone raises thier voice or thier hand.

Love is feeling safe.

It is being comfortable in your own home.

Love is feeling confident.

It is being able to look into a persons eyes and know they will never hurt you.

Love is feeling happy.
