When I look in a mirror

I see me

I see a girl who is afraid of being alone

A girl who wants everyone to get along

Someone who wants to make a difference in her world

A girl who just wants to be heard

Without the make-up

Without my wall

Is a girl who is broken

But this girl is still strong enough to try to make a difference in her life

My insecurities are what fuels me

It is what motivates me

When I look into a mirror I see me

When I snap a picture I don't use filters

Because i'm not afraid to be me
