No Child Left Behind

Location

I"m not a kindergartner, yet you treat me like one

I'm well aware that three minus two is one

I don't need your constant reminders

And your sugary sweet voice

Being in your class was definitely not a choice

I can tell Bobby doesn't get it

But everyone else does

Why do we have to keep pace with the slowest one?

This is why my education is lacking,

Why half the class is slacking,

Because you keep asking, and asking, and asking

Questions so mind numbingly easy

That everyone can answer,

So no one gets discouraged,

Because no child gets left behind.

Who would complain with work so easy

That your brain forgets how to think?
