New Beginnings

It was Friday night and I sat there alone,

Thinking aboutus and how we went wrong.

I regretted telling them about you and me,

Because I knew they wouldn't agree.

You watched as I crumbled into pieces and vanished,

You leftme to face these feelings alone.

I begged for you not to go,

As you slowly slipped away.

But today is a new beginning.

A time to start all over.

To let the tears fall and memoires fade away,

Some where deep inside m,

My beginning has just begun.

I may not be liked in the places I am going,

But there maybe one,

To like me forever or even to love.
