The Mysteries of the Seven Seas

All the mysteries of the seven seas

Are hidden in the waves of rushing shores.

The falling sprinkles listen to the pleas

Of the ferocious beast that is the ocean floor.

Thunder rocks the ships of midnight showers.

As the lightning breaks, the ocean quenches.

Hidden treasures are found in dark hours

If only one would dig through the trenches.

Mad men search the cities of seas below

Never finding the castles of the lost.

Instead they drown in the nonsense they know.

And yet their velvet secrets have no cost.

Again through the past the battleships fall,

Holding the biggest secrets of them all.
