My Summer Fling

Accross the pond

You waved at me

The night was young

The dance floor was heating up

We sat by the pond

Judging those dancing by the stage

Those shaking their bodies away

As the music started getting sensual

You leaned closer

We dipped our feet in the water

Your finger carressed my gentle skin

My skin crawl with goosebump and desire

I invited you to dance with me

You hold my waist closer

The lighting was perfect

You hold me closer to your chest

It wasn't new year's eve

But as I looked up to you

You kissed me on the lip

I forgot the crowded floor for a brief second

It was just you and me

Music playing in the background

Your lips entagled with mine

You took my breath away
