All I Need is My Sanity

If I was stranded on an island, the one thing that I would like to have with me is my sanity. Why my sanity? Because, without your mind, you have nothing. I would not be able to survive a situation such as this, without having mental stability and the will to survive. You have to be mentally, emotionally, and physically strong; to overcome such an obstacle. You have to be focused and keep your mind on surviving, by not giving up and holding on to your faith that things will get better. The phrase "the mind is a terrible thing to waste," is a true statement because, I could not come up with a plan to get off of that island without a strong mind. I would be too afraid and focused on never getting out of that situation, which in the end will lead me nowhere but still stranded on that island. There would be no sky without the stars, moon, clouds, and the sun... There would be no ocean without water... There would be no beach without sand... Therefore, I would be nothing and incapable of surviving on my own while being trapped on an island without my sanity. Clear mind, clear thoughts, rational thinking, survival mode.
