Getting away from home was a strong decision that I had to make
But decisions are part about life
I left everything in search of a better future
I was not able to deny myself a tremendous opportunity
Many people come illegal
But I had the support of my dad
Who helped me to come with legal documents
The life of an immigrant is not easy
But everything depends on how I do things
If I give the best of myself I can succeed
And I will be so sure of who I'm
That nobody will ever make me feel inferior
Because I'm myself
And I'm here to achieve what I want
I know that all the effort that I made
It was not in vain
My achievements will be compensated
Of everything I had to suffer
To achieve my goals.
