My Jeep

Materialized from my dreams
Build by my endurance
Framed by my organization
Shaded with my style

Flat black to each neat square corner
Square cut is best

Black prospers with everything
Matte grey trim
Brilliant chrome accents
Intimidating with beauty
Pride breathing from its brush guard
Confidence indulged in each tire
We went where we wanted

Power devours energy
Me, I’m more efficient
He purrs as he wolfs down
I am patient, he deserves it

Inside, the strong aroma of friendly fire
Lasting memories of our friends
Laughs echoed by the scent if embers
You can almost smell the stars above

I adorned him in camouflage
A reflection of the woods
My hoodie matched
Blending perfectly

We give in to each other
Me hugging the wheel for stability
Him heeding my lead in trust
We explore together

My smile, still there
But more independent
I want more
We’re moving on,
To better things

Good thing he was made
With no limits, from my dreams
