MY DREAM
At first, I didn't have a clue. As an adult, What will I do? Will I stay at home with mom and dad? Well, I will have to grow up, and besides, that would be sad. Will I go to college to earn my degree? Making plenty of money, you see What's in my future, I cannot say, So that's what I thought about along my life's way. I am now a sophomore in high school. Time to straighten up, not act a fool. Now, I know my next plan First I must finish high school. I can't just drop out, cause that wouldn't be cool I'll go to A.S.U to earn a Master's degree. I wish to make as much money as can be. Yes, I know I may sound money hungry, But hear me out, I want to be Successful and happy I will then go to medical school I want to be a cardiologist doctor. When I told my mom, the news surely shocked her. So what's the point of all the struggle. What's the need for all of my hustle. I'll tell you about me and my family. We are a poor group, Poor indeed. We don't make enough money. That's why I push through school and for college. And my dreams will be acknowledged I want to live life better, But my family and I will always stay together. One question is on my mind. I think about this all of the time. Will I marry and have some kids Well, I wonder if I did I may have kids and became a dad Being a parent with a wife and kids to keep me busy. That would be hard, you see But I want to send my kids into the real world, like my father To love, support, and protect, I would bother To keep them safe from harm. I will cherish them and hold them in my arms, And watch them grow into adulthood. I will be as great as a father as any should My future is long ahead and I have no choice but to wait But in no time, my future will be great So I will wait because as we all know, patience is a virtue. That is very true THE END
