My Darling Harlan

Harlan, My darling Harlan

With skin soft as silk, and eyes like black pearls

That match your beautiful face, oh how I would trade the sun, moon, and stars in the sky

Just to kiss your soft lips with mine

To be held in your long, slender arms

Oh Harlan, my darling Harlan

With your kind heart, and benign soul

You're not like the others

You're funny and innocent, and full of life and love

Only to be brought down by the cold and heartless

Oh Harlan, my darling Harlan

My sweet angel from above

I have your frienship but I would rather have your heart

And to be your darling
