mirror mirror

Location

Mirror mirror on the wall
Can you really see us all
Everyone that looks in
Can you see our every sin

If you look inside can you see our very soul
Or do all you see is a deep dark hole
What do you think we see
Do we look inside and say that's me

Of course we don't we don't care
Isn't that why we all just stare
Stare at this person we recognize
But we say we need to be revised

We feel empty without a doubt
We want to burst we want to shout
Can you see this what we feel
Can you show us how to heal

Of course not your just a mirror
All you do is look and peer
Shine a reflection back at us
Showing us emptiness that makes us hush

Well that's the end of this chapter
Not all stories end in happily ever after
