Mirror, Mirror
Location
Mirror, mirror on the wall
It shatters as she makes the call
The fairest? Yes, if fairest be
Carved out by insecurities
She wavers as she walks
Like a leaf too simply swayed
A doll in looks from head to toe
But her heart would never say
Sticks and stones lie in her cheeks
Though caked in make up, the cracks beneath
Reveal the hurt she cannot hide
The whispers of doubt that roam inside
A damsel, she, by mere design
Trapped in the dangers of her mind
A downward spiral of endless haste
A fight for beauty too often chased
