We walk together
Over and over
I see your face
Sparkling with delight and shining with beauty
You've heard my voice
As gratitude of your presence

I told you I am here for you
I will protect you
But the day has come where I was challenged

You walk alone
Ridiculed and isolated
I notice your face
Bruised with hate and scarred with contempt
You hear voices
As shouts of disgust

I, your "friend"
I, your "protector"
In the day where you needed me the most,
I became a mere passerby

My emotion tells me to stop this
But my fear tells me that I can't do it.

I want to stop it
I need to prevent it

Bullying
The fun of the arrogant public
Blind with their own pride
Deaf with their own greed
They claim to be working of goodwill
Yet words can be deceiving

I will do my best
And once it over
I can finally call myself
Your friend
